Prince William launches legal action over Duchess of Cambridge Topless

 Prince William launched a lawsuit against the employers of a French magazine published after the photo of his wife, the Duchess, Catherine of sunbathing topless CAMBRIDGE.
Friday (14Sep12), the editors in documenting magazine published 14 pictures of the couple relaxing on the balcony of private property in Provence during a short break in the last week (ends09Sep12).

Many of the photos show the Duchess remove her top bikini, relax on sun loungers, laugh with Prince, rubbing sun cream on his back.
Issued in St. James's Palace aides issued a statement condemning the publication snaps, and after consulting lawyers, the couple are now taking legal action for violation of privacy.
A statement reads: "St James's Palace confirmed he was taking legal action for violation of privacy was launched today in France by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the editor and magazine publishers closer.

 LINDSAY LOHAN's estranged father has sparked another another war of words with her mum after accusing her of boozing before a TV interview.
Dina Lohan appears to be clearly confused by one of TV counsellor Dr. Phil McGraw's questions in teasers for Monday's (17Sep12) Dr. Phil show in the U.S., but she insists the piece was just edited to make her look bad.
She says, "I don't care what it looks like. I'm fine and I don't care what anyone says. All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour-long interview. Of course they cut it to make it interesting. That's their job. I don't blame them for doing that. Some of the comments were taken out of context but I'm fine.
He ex-husband Michael, who also took part in the show, is not buying her explanation - he's convinced she was drunk at 10am, when the TV chat was filmed this summer (12).
He tells TMZ.com, "I think when everyone sees the interview, they're gonna know she's not sober."
In the promo, reality TV star Michael even asks host McGraw if Dina had been drinking before the interview.
And he tells HollyScoop.com, "I haven't seen the full interview yet, but from what I have seen and Dina's comments that it (the interview) was doctored, I really think it's sad and I feel sorry for Dina.
